In Store Jobs
The Store Clerk is the company’s entry level store operations position. A clerk performs back office transaction recordkeeping duties, and also receives training to perform front-line customer service duties such as check cashing, bill payment, money orders and debit card services at store windows. Cashier
The Cashier processes customer transactions such as check cashing, utility bill payments and purchases of money orders and service cards at store service windows. S/he is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service, transaction accuracy and operational efficiency. Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Store Manager supports and backs up the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of his/her assigned store. In the absence of the Store Manager s/he is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations. Store Manager
The Store Manager performs check cashing and other store transactions but also supervises the transactions, customer service and administrative work of Assistant Managers, Cashiers and Clerks assigned to the store.
Provides one-on-one and classroom training, demonstrating customer transaction and back office processes. Trains staff (both new employees and current employees) on compliance issues and requirements. Regional Manager
The Regional Manager supervises day-to-day operations of two or more check cashing stores in a designated region.
Keeps company records of financial transactions. Oversees consolidation, reconciliation of store transactions, and bank statements.
The Operations Bookkeeper performs and supervises the collection, processing and reconciliation of all store check cashing and sales transaction records.
The Compliance Officer's tasks include the recordkeeping and preparation /submission of federal and state mandated forms for check cashing transactions. Coordinates training and ensures that RiteCheck complies with federal and state reporting requirements.
Services Assistant (Clerk Specialist)
The Services Assistant is responsible for performing a range of office clerical and administrative tasks in support of company operations, generally supporting management staff.
Human Resources Manager
The RiteCheck Human Resources Manager plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity, including recruitment, benefit administration and compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
Administrative Assistants are responsible for performing a range of office clerical and administrative tasks in support of company operations.
Information Technology Manager
The IT Manager provides setup, maintenance, help desk and data archiving support for the company’s operational computer network, servers, desktops and other computer equipment.
IT Support Specialist
The IT Support Specialist installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems, and provides technical assistance and training to system users.
The Collections Manager performs collections activities either by phone, in person, through the support of other RiteCheck staff or through outside collection services.
Assistant Collections Manager collects funds for "no good" checks (NG’s) cashed by customers.
Loss Prevention Manager
This manager assists store managers with asset management, loss control and store operations issues such as cash counts, shortages, collections, and employee/customer disputes.
The Facilities Manager coordinates and performs maintenance and repairs of equipment, buildings, and other facilities personally or through external vendors as well as overseeing the transportation and security needs of the organization.
The Facilities Assistant performs routine office and store maintenance tasks. Provides other store operations backup and support as needed.
Special Projects Manager
The Special Projects Manager provides direct and indirect support to the RiteCheck President. Responsible for organizing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve company productivity and profitability.
